The new building on Obere Bergstrasse fits in naturally between the neighbouring buildings. Recesses and offsets in the façade allow for exciting corner views and achieve a scaled incorporation into the building ensemble.With an interior vestibule, the typology of the apartments is based on the surrounding villas from the early 20th century.The façades are divided up by horizontal and vertical jambs. The recessed elements are characterised by a rougher surface that contrasts with the smooth jambs surrounding them.
